City of Mississauga Hosts Presentation Featuring City of Chicago’s Bicycle Program

presentation with speaker Ben Gomberg, bicycle program co-ordinator
with the City of Chicago, who will share his expertise in creating a

Public Open House: Martin Goodman Trail (Ontario Place)

Event date: 
26 June, 2008 - 13:30 - 16:30

The transformation of the Martin Goodman Trail at Ontario Place will
consist of extending the trail from Marilyn Bell Park to the existing
trail within Coronation Park at Strachan Avenue. Approximately 1100m in
length, the trail will run parallel to Lake Shore Boulevard. This trail
will become a popular amenity for a variety of uses. Construction is
anticipated to start in fall 2008 and be completed by summer 2009.
